We are seeking an EA to support the Chief Commercial Officer and MD of a highly successful and high profile media agency.Client DetailsThey are very well known in their field and oversee one of the most high profile clients in the literary and media world.DescriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director.Manage and coordinate complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.Organise and prepare for meetings, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.Support with report preparation, presentations, and correspondence.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.ProfileYou will:Have worked as an EA within a creative fast paced industry, eg media, technology, music agency, retail, hospitalityHave supported as an EA at a very senior levelBe able to work in a very fast paced environmentBe able to work with very different personalitiesUndertake some project workAct as gatekeeperLiaise with clients across the media worldJob Offer 48,000 - 52,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits
