Formal qualifications are not required, though relevant experience or training is welcomed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to students with ADHD and ASC.Support pupils with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.Work under the guidance of teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies and individual plans.Assist in creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.Support students both in and out of the classroom where required.What We''re Looking ForA genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.Patience, empathy, and a calm,
