Description Our local government clients in East London are seeking a Senior Practitioner for Adults Commissioning Reviews. This role is crucial in ensuring that placements continue to meet the assessed needs of individuals placed and that they meet expectations in terms of quality of service and cost effectiveness. Your work will be instrumental in conducting reviews of individuals across all commissioned services, ensuring that the six key elements are included in all reviews. Your key responsibilities will include: You will work in a supportive environment, effectively collaborating across the Department and with external organisations. Your allocated work programme for Commissioning, Contracting, and person-centred reviews of individuals receiving care and support in commissioned and non-commissioned services will be supported by a team that values your contribution. You will also help develop and deliver an annual commissioning plan for the thematic area, taking a lead role in specific delivery areas and being accountable for their delivery. Qualification Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
