Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. Make deliveries of products to customers. Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in the warehouse as required, Loading / Unloading. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a merchant environment is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of everyday merchant products is advantageous.
