Candidates would need to have lived and worked in the UK for 5+ years and be eligible for BPSS security clearance. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Business and Quality Management System including all processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives including RCCA. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues. The role also involves mentoring and developing the quality team to achieve excellence in all quality-related activities.
