We are seeking an experienced

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer

to join a growing digital transformation team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will implement, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business requirements across multiple modules. You will play a key part in supporting digital initiatives, including deployment, go-live, ongoing enhancements, and integrations with other applications and systems. The role combines coding, design, and solution architecture in a collaborative, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure D365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.Build and maintain

Power Automate flows , Power Apps, and Power Pages solutions.Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and other integration tools.Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate and secure transfer from legacy systems.Participate in solution design, technical documentation, and testing.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Skills and Experience

Proven hands-on experience with

Dynamics 365 CE / D365 / Dynamics CRM .Experience with

Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages.Knowledge of integrations with Azure services, SSIS, and SQL Server.Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security model, and best practice configuration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver technically robust solutions.Experience in software lifecycle management, release processes, and version control.Seniority level
