There is scope for the role to transition into a permanent position within a generic Housing Officer capacity. Responsibilities of the Income Officer includes:Managing a patch of properties, providing a first-class income management and collection serviceMonitoring rent accounts and progressing casesProviding advice and assistant to all tenants in rent arrearsCompleting home visitsTaking card payments over the phoneSetting up direct debits and arranging re-payment plansPresenting cases at Court Requirements of the Income Officer:Driver and access to a vehicleSpecialist income management experience
