Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and enthusiastic Automotice servcie advisor to join our motor trade team. Your role will be to build relationships with our customers and talk to them to find out about there experience with us and to get honest feedback so if needed we can improve our customer care. For the role of Automotive service advisor you will need a background within the motor trade, you will need a full uk driving licence Monday - Friday 8-5 with alternate Saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.30 The full time role offers a salary of 28500 + bonus Ote 33 - 35000. Duties of our Automotice service advisor Utilise our data entry system to maintain accurate customer records Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Have excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers. . Willingness to learn and adapt in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
