Job Overview: As a Trade Counter Operations Co-ordinator, you will be a key part of a fast-paced trade counter team, ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth processing of orders and requests. You will liaise with internal departments, handle customer queries, process sales, and manage financial transactions to support efficient trade counter operations. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders efficiently, working closely with the OandS Customer Service, Order Processing, and wider OandS teams. Handle customer queries via face-to-face, phone, and electronic communications. Input sales orders/quotes and promote the use of the online ordering app. Collaborate with the Benburb Finance team to manage invoicing, credits, and outstanding product collections. Process and allocate cash and credit card payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation. Work with the Benburb Transport team and external couriers to coordinate deliveries and collections. Update the CRM system with customer interactions. Maintain an organised and welcoming showroom/trade counter area. Coordinate administrative tasks with HR, HSEQ, and IT teams as required.
