We are recruiting for a temporary Bookkeeper for a 2 week role but may then be kept on for a part time basis. This is an office based role paying up to £18 p/h via an umbrella company, duties below:Posting the opening balances to a clean Xero implementationPosting transactions to Xero, to say end June 2026Reconciling the bank account at this dateReconciling VAT, creditors, debtors, and PAYE control accounts at this dateSetting up a filing system for paper records and filing all documentsProviding financial analyses e.g. list of direct debits and standing orders, and linking these analyses to the relevant paper files (which will hold the agreements)Setting up simple bookkeeping systems.The ideal candidate would be someone with good Bookkeeping experience, is part qualified ideally ACA but also ACCA and is immediately available.
