A large, privately owned waste management company is looking for a Weighbridge Operator/Administrator to join the team on the Eversley Recycling centre site.To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in personality and comfortable working in an industrial environment where you are lone working the majority of the time. Customer focussed and hold responsibility for correctly recording all incoming and outgoing payment transactions whist controlling and logging vehicles entering/leaving site.YOU NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO GET TO SITEKey ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and drivers to the site controlling entryRecord all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements via the weighbridge systemDealing with money transaction both in and out going via cash and card and logging transactionsWith training, logging and identifying Ferrous/ Non-Ferrous metals being deliveredProduction of routine reports in relation to the Depot operations and material inputs and outputsEnsure that general housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at all timesReport all accidents and incidents in accordance with company rules, undertaking specific investigations as appropriateWhat we re looking forSomeone willing to work in an industrial porta cabin environmentEffective communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills in order to professionally interact with colleagues and customers face to face and over the phoneAbility to complete administration and log transactionsNumerical
