We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our brilliant team, playing a crucial role in supporting the delivery of effective human resources services across the organisation. You will offer previous HR Advisor experience, ideally within a unionised environment, and preferably will be fully or part CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 or above). You will be naturally inquisitive, not afraid to challenge, lead by example and have an honest approach to both employees and leaders. What will you be doing? Reporting into our HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and operational support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policy interpretation, and compliance.
