We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Cluster Sales Manager to lead and drive the salesfunction across three unique hospitality properties: This role requires a dynamic and adaptable leader with a proven track record in utilising MICE, corporate,group and event sales, capable of managing multi-site operations and cultivating long-termclient relationships.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement a unified sales plan tailored to the needs of each propertywhile ensuring collective revenue targets are met. Manage B2B and B2C pipelines, focusing on MICE, corporate contracts, leisuregroups, weddings, and private events. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive incremental revenue. Build tailored sales strategies for each venue, leveraging each sites unique identity. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, travelpartners, and local businesses. Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site visits, and attend networking/trade events topromote the venues. Ensure exceptional client servicing from enquiry through to post-event follow-up.Team Management and Collaboration Lead and support on-property sales executives or coordinators across the threevenues. Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align messaging andexecution.
