We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / PMO professional to provide end-to-end project management and governance across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.The Role:You will be the driving force behind key remediation initiatives, ensuring progress is clearly tracked, risks are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned.Responsibilities

Preparing concise, audience-appropriate progress reports and challenging updates from other functions.Maintaining project plans, risks, issues and dependencies using best-practice PMO methodology.Facilitating engagement with Markets product lines and leading issue-by-issue progress to hit milestones.Identifying and escalating emerging risks, bringing the right people together to resolve problems and ensuring timely closure.Promoting collaboration and clear communication across a broad stakeholder group.Defining, teaching and enforcing strong project management practices.Key Skills and Experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to deep-dive while keeping a portfolio-wide view.Proven ability to drive progress and meet tight deadlines in a large, complex organisation.Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive “no surprises” approach to issues and escalations.Strong leadership and organisational skills; able to work independently and within a team.Critical, strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of delivering sustainable change.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.Background in regulatory programmes.Knowledge of Markets operations, risk and controls, and trade lifecycle.Familiarity with Finance regulatory reporting (e.g. Call Report, 2052A).Seniority level
