This role is a

Team Product Owner

within the Trade Execution lab in the Markets Platform. The team is highly adaptable, supporting continuous change to keep up with evolving regulations, products, and market trends. You will work with a motivated group covering a crucial area of processing to support business operations. The role is demanding but exciting, with new challenges to stay current in the post-trade processing world.

What You''ll Be DoingThe Product Owner is responsible for a single product backlog containing 2-3 features, journeys, or technology components, overseeing the release of incremental value to deliver customer and partner value by focusing on the right priorities.

Role responsibilities include:

Supporting development of Lab or Team objectives with performance data.

Defining user stories to meet customer needs.

Collaborating with Customer Journey Managers for journey improvements.

Shaping product vision and roadmap.

Prioritising and managing the product backlog.

Ensuring governance and business readiness activities for features, journeys, or components.

Developing team capabilities and mentoring.

Working with Integrators on large change initiatives.

Additional responsibilities for Technical Lab or Team Product Owners:

Managing product backlog for a Group-wide technology asset.

Developing technical design.

Delivering against budget and performing analysis.

Managing product risk and defining segmentation and supplier strategies.

Technical planning and activities.

What You''ll NeedRelevant experience, skills, and qualifications in:

Financial Markets and business-engineering collaboration.

Post trade product lifecycle, especially settlements and controls.

Markets business and Trade Lifecycle knowledge.

Experience in FX, Rates, Commodities, or Structured products.

Leadership and relationship-building skills with senior partners.

Influencing skills and demonstrating core values.
