Within this role, you will be working as part of a close-knit kitchen team at a large industrial plant, providing breakfast and lunch service for their workforce. The client has just built a brand new, state of the art kitchen and canteen, and you will be part of the first team working in this new unit.-Providing support to the head chef-Preparation of breakfast and lunch service dishes on a daily basis-Customer facing duties at lunch time including serving customer-Ensuring safe and hygienic working practices at all timesRequirementsThis is a small, but close knit team where preparation and efficient working is of high importance. You will have experience working in a highly pressurised environment with an emphasis on working to time related deadlines.-Sous chef experience in an environment where focus is on freshly prepared and hand-made meals-Ability to work towards time constraints-Understanding and ability to work with core kitchen practices (mise en place etc)-Understanding and ability to work in a saf
