We do require an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the temporary and contract division working on a Part-Time basis. Starting salary for this role is from 25,000 (full time equivalent) depending on experience plus uncapped commission. To give you a brief overview the role will involve: Screening and registering candidates following strict GDPR guidelines Building relationships with clients and matching candidates to their requirements Sourcing candidates, utilising job boards, databases and online social media platforms Sending CVs, coordinating interviews, and supporting the offer process Writing eye-catching job adverts and keeping in touch with candidates Inbox management, working through an ever task list Business development duties and database management, identifying new business opportunities Placing temporary candidates into short and long term contracts, and completion of all associated paperwork and right to work documentation The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience.
