As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a Commission-Based Lettings Consultant to join us in sourcing and onboarding quality rental properties.About the Role:This is a performance-based role ideal for:Experienced estate/lettings agentsIndividuals with a strong landlord networkConsultants with access to HMO landlords or developersYou will act as a Lettings Partner, introducing property opportunities that we can take under management (via guaranteed rent or management agreements). In return, you’ll receive competitive commission for each successful onboarding, with the potential to step into a senior position as we grow.Key Responsibilities:Source and introduce HMO or SA properties across LondonLeverage your existing landlord network to generate new leadsAct as a liaison between landlords and Morgan Prescott’s onboarding teamIdentify and recommend properties that fit our model (room-by-room lets, serviced units, etc.)Maintain consistent communication and professionalism with property ownersWhat We Offer:Attractive commission structure on each successful dealFull back-end support from our team (contracts, tenanting, property setup)Flexibility to work on your own scheduleLong-term opportunity to transition into a Senior Lettings Agent roleCollaboration with a dynamic team that’s scaling rapidlyYou’ll Need:Proven experience in lettings or estate agency (HMO/SA experience preferred)Strong network of landlords, developers, or letting agentsProfessionalism, initiative, and results-driven mindsetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSeniority level
