Science Teacher

Location: Sevenoaks

Contract: Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)

Start date: Flexible

Pay: -130 to -200 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)

At Term Time Teachers we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable science teacher to teach within a fantastic school in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons to secondary school students, whilst supporting academic success and students'' knowledge.

The Role:

• Teaching science to secondary school students
• Creating and delivering engaging, curriculum led lessons
• Supporting students'' academic progress and creating a love of History
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching science in UK secondary schools
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Hold the right to work in the UK
