Interim Assistant Communications and Digital Engagement Manager - NARS at Shiseido. Following direction and guidance from the Senior Communications and Digital Engagement Manager, the role will execute the annual press and influencer strategy for NARS Cosmetics to increase EMV PR rankings and brand engagement, with the aim to enhance awareness within the industry.Organisation

MEDIA/INFLUENCER RELATIONS: Support the Senior Communications and Digital Engagement Manager to achieve annual KPIs and YoY ranking increases; cultivate and maintain strong influencer and press relationships achieving ROI on coverage; assist with execution of influencer strategies (seeding and events local and Global) to drive EMV and sales with key retail partners; liaise with stakeholders and support on paid-for campaigns with influencers; assist with PR and Communications initiatives including product launches and strategic events; identify opportunities to target new influencers and generate social media coverage in new and unique ways; manage image and sample requests with support from the Communications and Digital Engagement Coordinator.PRESS OFFICE: Take ownership of PR monitoring and reporting, overseeing the Communications and Digital Engagement Coordinator in tracking coverage; contribute to monthly editorial reports and press launch reports; work with Communications and Digital Engagement Coordinator to manage timely send out of all press mailers to lead times; organise Press and Influencer seeding, events and Global trips alongside the Senior Communications and Digital Engagement Manager and Global contacts; support with annual budget alongside Senior Communications and Digital Engagement Manager to ensure PO’s are raised and receipted monthly; demonstrate strategic capabilities to work creatively, commercially and editorially; support annual editorial coverage and business KPIs; cultivate and maintain strong press, influencer and makeup artist contacts; manage execution of PR and Communications initiatives including product launches and strategic events.OPERATIONS and GLOBAL/LINGUAL LIAISON: Day-to-day liaison with Global and EMEA teams, including delivery of all required assets; draft all event recaps for approval; provide in-depth monthly Influencer engagement analysis using Tribe Dynamics and DMR or similar tools; provide competitive analysis on influencer engagement for UK, Global and EMEA teams; manage the Communications and Digital Engagement Coordinator to manage PR cupboard stock, pre-series for new launches, press send outs and new launch mailouts, and ensure contact databases are up to date.Profile, Skills And Experience Required

Solid proven experience in Beauty PR with strong relationships with online press and influencers.Excellent understanding of social media with knowledge of leading UK influencer strategies.Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.Ability to think strategically and act independently to drive brand goals.Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; strong prioritisation skills.Budget management; SAP understanding is a plus but not required.Understanding of the beauty industry with creative energy and out-of-the-box thinking.Experience across luxury, skincare, colour and fragrance pillars; alignment with the group’s Trust8 principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success.The Benefits You’ll Love
