The role is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be providing one-to-one support for students in KS2 through to KS4, who require additional assistance within the classroom and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Prepare learning materials under the guidance of the teacher. Provide one-to-one support inside and outside the classroom for students in KS3 and KS4. Adapt support according to individual student needs, ensuring personalized care. Support the pupils physical, social, and emotional well-being. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Assist teachers by providing information and helping with teaching tasks. Keep accurate records of student progress and attend review meetings. What We Require: Previous experience working with students with SEN.
