Quality Assurance Officer

To support the Quality Assurance (QA) Department in the implementation and maintenance of the HCPC''s Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and continuous improvement across the organisation.Main Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesYour principal duties and key responsibilities will be those set out below. In addition to those duties, the HCPC reserves the right to require you to undertake additional or other duties within your capacity as may from time to time be reasonably required and necessary to meet the needs of the HCPC. Quality Assurance Assist in the delivery and development of the Quality Assurance Framework. Undertake regular and ad-hoc quality assurance activities, including audits, reviews, assessments and advisory work, covering all areas of the organisation. Assist with gathering information, data and evidence in relation to QA activities. Collate, analyse and draw conclusions on organisational information and data, and record your findings accurately and transparently. Provide timely, robust and independent feedback to the audit lead on the quality of decision-making, outputs and outcomes. Identify opportunities for development and continual improvement across the organisation and discuss them with the QA Managers / QA Programme Lead.
