You''ll play a key role in producing

bespoke joinery

items to exact specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and bespoke projects in a well-equipped workshop, alongside a long established, friendly and skilled team.

Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities

Craftsmanship: Create high-quality bespoke joinery pieces (e.g. Media walls, fitted furniture, kitchen joinery and architectural components) using traditional and modern techniques.Technical Interpretation: Read and work from detailed technical drawings and specifications.Assembly and Finishing: Accurately assemble and finish joinery items with attention to both quality and aesthetics.Quality Assurance: Conduct checks at every stage to ensure the product meets internal and client expectations.Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and machinery in top condition for safe and efficient operation.Health and Safety: Always adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery.

What We''re Looking For

Confident with all types of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and joinery techniques.A keen eye for precision and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.Able to troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
