This company has over 50 years'' experience producing high-specification engineered components and is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.The RoleYou will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the business. Responsibilities include:Accurately receiving sub-contracted orders and general consumablesDistributing purchased items across the siteHelping maintain accurate stock levels for work in progress and bought-in componentsSupporting production cells with stock record accuracyAssisting with despatch of finished goods when requiredCovering raw material stores during holidaysOccasional delivery driving dutiesAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:A full, current UK driving licenceStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsGood computer literacy, ideally with experience in stock control systemsExcellent attention to detail and adaptabilityA methodical, flexible approach to workGood communication skills and a willingness to learnPrevious experience in a similar stores, stock control or warehouse role is beneficial. Experience with forklifts or side loaders is an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.Benef
