CNC Miller Burnley Mon-Thurs 4pm-12am, Fri 12pm-6pm CNC Miller The Role My client are expanding their team and are looking to hire a skilled CNC Miller. You will be adopting their right first time philosophy, being expected to achieve high standards of quality, with a focus on the continual improvement of working processes. CNC Miller Main Responsibilities Set up tools onto CNC Machines Load materials onto CNC Machines. Measure components, through the use of measuring instruments (verniers, calipers, gauges, micrometers. Engage with continuous improvement initiatives. Completion of traceability and quality documentation. CNC Miller The Candidate Time served precision engineer (or equivalent). Experience on CNC Milling machinery. CNC controls Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma (ideally). Must be able to set up, operate and adjust CNC machines. Some milling experience would be preferred. Prior experience of working with stainless steels. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
