ERP Administrator – ERP Optimisation RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of a group-wide ERP platform within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.This is a key role reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite system. You’ll lead initiatives to streamline business processes, improve system functionality, and support operational goals across the business.Key responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining NetSuite configurations, workflows, and user supportTroubleshooting and resolving system issuesLeading ERP-related projects including enhancements, new module implementations, and third-party integrationsCollaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to align technology with business needsDriving automation and optimisation opportunities within the ERP ecosystemAbout you:Proven experience in a NetSuite (or similar ERP)Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially in finance, supply chain, or operationsConfident in managing system configurations, workflows, and sandbox environmentsA natural problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsNetSuite Administrator Certification is advantageous, but not essentialThis is a full-time, high-impact position ideal for someone looking to work at group level with the freedom to shape systems strategy and make tangible improvements.Interested in learning more?If you want to find out more about this role, then please get in touch with Jack at jharding@weareninetwenty.com or 07799128538
