Head of Operations | Deputy Director | Operational Manager | Children and Adult Specialist StrategistA maternity cover role with view to permanent for the right person. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chester/Preston. Salary up to £80,000. Travel required between Chester and Preston offices and home. Please message directly.Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure company goals are met.Develop and implement operational strategies.Manage financial efficiency and analyse operational performance.Foster effective communication within and outside the organisation.Qualifications

Operations Management experience; knowledge of CQC (Supported Living) and Ofsted (Children’s Residential Care) is valuable.Strong analytical skills and budgeting experience.Team management and excellent communication skills.Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.Experience in a similar role within the sector is essential.Level 5 in Leadership and Management.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
