We''re looking for a passionate Senior Data Warehousing Engineer to join our growing Data and Analytics organisation. You''ll be part of the Data Warehousing team, working closely with Data Engineering, BI, Data Science and Product Analytics colleagues to shape the future of data at HandB.About the Role

As a Senior Data Warehousing Engineer, you''ll play a key role in building and scaling our data environment. From integrating raw data sources - such as sales, supply chain and clickstream data - to designing data models that enable everything from BI reporting to customer segmentation and content personalisation, your work will directly influence how HandB delivers for our customers.You''ll work with cutting-edge technologies including Amazon Redshift, Matillion and the AWS ecosystem, and you''ll be hands-on with SQL, ELT workflows and data modelling. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact in a high-growth business, while collaborating across product, tech and business teams.What You''ll Be Doing

Integrating raw data sources into the HandB data environmentBuilding and scaling our data warehouse in Amazon RedshiftDesigning, building and maintaining ELT workflowsDeveloping data cubes and applications to support BI, marketing and analyticsWriting high-quality SQL and ensuring system health across our data stackPartnering with product, tech and business teams to deliver impactful projectsContributing to the vision, culture and strategy of the Data and Analytics organisationThe Person

Bachelor''s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3-4 years'' experience transforming large datasets into analytics and BI solutions (e-commerce experience is a plus)Highly advanced SQL skillsStrong experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift preferred)Experience with at least one programming language (Python preferred)A broad technical skillset and eagerness to learn - from Git and Linux to APIs, Docker, NoSQL and serverless toolsBonus: experience in data visualisation, analytics or serverless data stacks (Lambda, Kinesis, API Gateway)Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to deliver in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
