We re looking for a hands-on NPD Technologist to join our fast-paced and friendly food manufacturing team.What You ll Be Doing: Support the development of new products from initial trials through to launch. Plan and run factory trials making sure everything from ingredients to packaging is spot-on. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Technical teams to get products ready for full-scale production. Capture detailed data during trials (think machine settings, bake times, decoration placement, etc). Collect samples for shelf-life, nutrition testing, and customer approvals. Keep things tidy by ensuring new ingredients and tools are stored properly post-trial. Help with paperwork, sample bookings, courier requests, and general NPD admin to keep projects moving smoothly. Be part of internal and customer meetings to share progress and updates. Support first production runs and help ensure we hit all the right quality standards. What We re Looking For: Experience in a similar NPD or Process Technologist role within food manufacturing bakery experience is a big plus!
