What You ll Be Doing Define, lead, and deliver large-scale programmes (5 10 projects, £1m £10m budgets) Work closely with senior execs to shape programmes from idea to execution Lead and develop a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers Own the full programme lifecycle: scope, plan, resource, budget, risks, governance, and benefits Use Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver rapid and safe change Champion continuous improvement across the Programme Delivery function Act as a trusted advisor and change leader across brands within the Group What You ll Bring Essential: Proven track record delivering complex programmes with interdependent projects in a change environment Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams Excellent stakeholder management confident influencing at C-suite leve
