Our client is a successful technology business with ambitious growth plans for the future. Due to an internal mover, they are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead their finance team of six based in Maidenhead.The Role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and manage a team of six.Lead and develop a small finance team across transactional and management accountingEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting under IFRSDrive process improvements and strengthen financial controlsSupport strategic decision-making through analysis and insightLead on maintaining and improving financial controlsMain Duties

You ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance while supporting long-term growth.Oversee all aspects of transactional finance, management accounts, and statutory reportingDeliver accurate and compliant financial statements under IFRSLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementMentor and develop the finance team to achieve their full potentialPartner with senior leadership to provide commercial and strategic supportThe Successful Candidate

Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with strong post-qualified experienceStrong technical knowledge of IFRS combined with commercial acumenLeadership skills with experience managing and developing a small teamProactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat s on offer?
