Interim Due Diligence Advisor – Private Equity - Capital Markets Infrastructure - Fintech

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.We are working with a leading large-cap private equity house seeking a seasoned interim advisor to support the due diligence of acquisition targets in the capital markets infrastructure fintech.The Assignment:Partner with the investment team to conduct detailed due diligence on potential acquisition targets.Leverage deep sector knowledge across capital markets infrastructure, exchanges, trading platforms, and fintech to assess strategic and operational risks and opportunities.Provide independent senior-level insight, drawing on prior C-suite (CEO/CFO) and board-level (Chair/NED) experience.Post-acquisition, transition into a Non-Executive Director role on the portfolio company’s board, representing the private equity investor.The ProfileProven track record advising private equity firms on acquisitions and value creation.Former CEO / CFO / COO of a capital markets infrastructure or fintech business, ideally with transaction and transformation experience.Experienced board member (Chair, NED, or Advisor) with a strategic perspective and ability to challenge constructively.Strong understanding of growth, regulation, and technology trends shaping capital markets infrastructure.This is an exceptional opportunity for an established interim advisor with deep sector expertise to shape investment decisions and sit on the board of a leading platform business.
